Yes, monsters are real, they live inside us and sometimes they win and however gory the battle turns - they assure a victory that provides you satisfaction of the highest degree possible. Yes, monsters are strong but that's because they feed on very intense sentiments. Where there is a scary monster, there is a force equally compelling.
An intention to arrive somewhere, an intention to start a new chapter is only the innocuous version. An intention to arrive somewhere stems from a burning desire to depart from somewhere, to break out. The will to start a new chapter stems from the need to close the current one. And a monster will not find satisfaction in closing it. It seeks annihilation. And it shall not rest till it achieves that.
Yes a monster is driven by the force of an ugly incident but at the same time it is beautiful. It is passionate. It is ardent. It is fierce.
The monster works in mysterious ways that fail us. But that is what makes monsters what they are. Scary. Unpredictable. Nobody knows what they're capable of but everyone is aware that its something enormously petrifying.
I've seen the monster at work. And the results too. They sure aren't pretty but they are for the better. The monster is just a bold way to achieve the beautiful. He is the hero of my story.
the dark side is enthralling. some people see it. and some don't. my guess is, you have been tempted but not yet corrupted.
